Mr. David Ssegawa

Mr. David Ssegawa is a Doctor of Applied Leadership Candidate. He holds a MBA from the University of Leicester, UK and a Bachelor of Social Work from Makerere University in Uganda. At present, he holds the position of Global Director for People at Oxfam International where he is leading the functional transformation integrating the 19 affiliate organizations into one Oxfam Confederation. Previous to this, he held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services at The African Development Bank. He has also held the position of Human Resource Director at Coca-Cola South Africa. He also has managerial experience at Unilever and Standard Bank.

Dr. Lawrence Ndombi

Lawrence is the Regional Leader, Business Partner Consulting (BPC). He is a business leader with over 25 years of experience and a champion of HR. He is an alumni of Alliance High School and holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Strategy & Leadership, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management (K) and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, UK. He was previously a Vice President, Human Resources, Unilever in Africa.

He is the founding member and Program Director of the HIV/AIDS Private Sector Business Council and Championed the formation of Price Waterhouse Salary Survey Club in Kenya. He helped set up many HIV/AIDS Business Councils in Africa. He is serving and has served on many company boards in Kenya and internationally.
